Do I need two accounts to learn and to hire?
Nope. A single account gets you into both worlds. You can switch on your instructor and freelancer profiles from your account whenever you like.
Are the payments real?
No. LearnHire is a demo: checkout and the wallet are simulated, and no real money ever changes hands. Wiring up a real payment gateway is left as an extension point.
How do I get my certificate?
Finish 100% of a course in the player and you'll be able to download your PDF certificate from “My learning.”
How does protected payment work for services?
When you hire, the amount is held in a simulated escrow. It's released to the seller once you accept the delivery. If you don't respond, the order completes automatically after a while.
Can I request changes to an order?
Yes. Every package includes a set number of revisions. After a delivery, you can request changes as long as you still have revisions left.
What is a brief?
If you can't find the perfect service, post a brief describing your project and professionals will send you proposals.
